Funeral service for Mr. Jimmy Lee Randall of St. Louis, MO, formerly of Clarksville TX who went to be with his Lord May 27, 2023 in Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri will be Saturday, June 10, 2023 @ 11:00 am in Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church St. Clarksville, TX. Service will also be streamed via Facebook.
PUBLIC VIEWING will be Friday, June 9, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the chapel.

Jimmy Lee Randall was born on April 8, 1944, to ReverendJimmy Lee and Nora Crawford Randall in Clarksville, Texas. He was known to those closest to him as “Brother.” The son of a minister, he came to know Christ at an early age and united with the Martin Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
Jimmy attended Cheatham High School and furthered his education at Texas College in Tyler, Texas. There he joined the brotherhood of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., studiedBusiness Education and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1966. Drafted by the United States Army in 1967, ranked an E4, he served in Korea and in 1973 received an honorable discharge.
On September 27, 1969, he married the love of his life Mary Ann Aikin; to this union two children were born Keaton and Kevin Randall. Living briefly in Texas, the family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri where Jimmy accepted a position as Budget Analyst for then McDonnell Douglas, a major American aerospace manufacturing corporation and defense contractor, known today as Boeing; during his tenure he obtained a Master of Arts degree at Webster University. Later, Jimmy pursued a career in Insurance until retirement.
In his younger days, Jimmy would often go dancing and as he called it “cut a rug” with his wife Ann as he loved dancing, listening to sixties music and playing tennis. Recent years wouldfind him home watching westerns, or his favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a grill expert and made the best barbeque ribs. Spending time with friends and family was something he loved and did as often as he could.
Preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Jimmy Lee, and Nora Crawford Randall; wife, Mary Ann Aikin Randall;grandson, Nathan Michael Randall; sister, Deborah Lee Randall; niece, Patricia Hazel Martin and nephew, James Napoleon Martin.
Left to mourn his passing is his daughter, Deirdra West of Dallas, Texas; two sons, Keaton Randall, and Kevin Randall, both of Florissant, Missouri; grandchildren, Collin Battles (Thealicia), Kendra West, Christian West, Kenneth West Jr.; Great-grandchildren, Elijah Battles, Lerenzo Turner II, Trenity Turner, Michaela Battles and Gabrielle Battles all of Dallas, Texas; Sisters-in-law, Faye Perry of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Elizabeth Aikin and Linda Lomax, both of DeSoto, Texas; Brothers-in-law, Morris Aikin of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Anthony Aikin (Jeanne) of Parker, Colorado and a host of cousins, relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
