Mr. Henry Lewis Coulter 77 years old of Roxton,TX formerly of Clarksville, TX transitioned to be with the Lord on August 1,  2025 in  Paris Regional Medical Center, Paris, TX  

The Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Citizens Funeral Home chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX  with Rev. Willie Coulter serving as eulogist.
