Funeral service for Ms. Clara Faye Scott of Clarksville, TX who went to be with her Lord August 19, 2022 in Christus Mother Frances Hospital, Tyler, TX will be Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Traveler Baptist Church, 501 S. Walnut St., Clarksville, TX with Pastor P.A. Porchia officiating.

Mrs. Clara Faye Scott, wife of the late Joe W. Scott, Sr. and Honored Mother of Zion Traveler's Missionary Baptist Church (Clarksville, TX) entered eternal Joy and Peace on August 19, 2022.
Mrs. Clara Faye Scott was born to the parentage of Lola Mae Fulbright and Haskell Whiteside Sr. on November 6, 1940. Mr. Ralph Crook became her stepfather November 4, 1940. She grew up in Fulbright, TX. There she begin to know her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and joined Mt. Zion Methodist Church, obtained her early education via being homeschooled by her mother, then attending Mt. Zion Elementary (Fulbright, TX) and Cheatham High School (Clarksville, TX). Clara Faye graduated May 1958.
She married Joe W. Scott, Sr. June 1958, their union received 6 gifts, between 1959 to 1968 (Marilyn Jo, Jimmy Eugene, Joe Jr., Sharrion, Lola and Kimberly). Joe Sr. and Clara Faye were married for 55 years. He passed November 18, 2013 also 2 of her sons Jimmy Eugene, 1969, Joe Jr. 2018 and Great Granddaughter Memphis Ybarra, February 12, 2014.

Children Marilyn Jo Scott, Kimberly (Willie) Scott-Robinson, Clarksville, TX, Sharrion (Davis) Taylor, Fulbright, TX, Lola (Quan) Miles, Sulphur Springs, TX.
Grand Children 10, Great Grandchildren 16, Sisters 4, Brothers 3 and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
