Graveside service for Mr. Billy Wayne Huff 73 years old of Clarksville,TX transitioned to be with the Lord on March 3, 2026 in Clarksville, TX will be Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Shiloh/English Cemetery, Clarksville, TX with Pastor H. Massey eulogist.
Billy Wayne Huff, a quiet and gentle man whose presence brought comfort to those who knew him, was born on May 27, 1952, to Artis and Euna Mae Huff in the English Community. Billy lived a life marked by humility, dedication, and love for his family. On April 13, 1979, he united in marriage with the love of his life, Susan “Sue” Ricks. From this union, three daughters were born: Melody Machelle (Ricky Lee), Shirelle Evon, and Brittany LaSha. Billy was a devoted husband and father who cherished the time spentwith his family.
Billy dedicated 35 years of service to Campbell Soup, where he worked faithfully until his retirement. Known for his calm spirit and kind heart, Billy was the type of man who spoke softly but left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was also a faithful member of St. James Baptist Church, where he served in many capacities throughout the years, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever he was needed.
Billy especially treasured his role as grandfather to his beloved grandson, Caden, who brought him immense joy.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Susan “Sue”Huff; his daughters, Melody Machelle (Ricky Lee), Shirelle Evon, and Brittany LaSha; and his grandson, Caden. He is also survived by his siblings: Helen Crenshaw of Texarkana, Texas; Sandra Davis of Dallas, Texas; Barbara Huff of Clarksville, Texas; Linda Traylor of Daingerfield, Texas; Larry (Sherlese) Huff of Paris, Texas; Gale Gray of Dallas, Texas; Connie Williams of Lansing, Michigan; Tracy Huff of Clarksville, Texas; and Rhonda (Richard) Carson of Texarkana, Texas. He also leaves behind a special friend, Tevin Childs, and an honorary niece, Doris Taylor, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Billy Wayne Huff will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his quiet strength, and the love he shared with his family. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.
